Not everything sells off the shelf. For custom, bespoke or bulk work you can take an enquiry, price it yourself, and collect a deposit online — without leaving the store.
How it works
- The customer sends their brief through the request form, with files attached if the job needs them (CAD, artwork, photos) and the delivery address.
- You price the job and the freight, set a lead time and a deposit percentage, and send the quote.
- They accept and pay the deposit by card. The job appears in Orders, ready to work on — and ready to print a parcel label for.
- When it's finished you request the balance with one click.
Shipping is priced by hand and shown separately, so the customer sees exactly what they're agreeing to. GST applies to the work, not the freight.
